Parts & Accessories Counter Specialist | Vallely Sport & Marine | Minot, ND
Vallely Sport & Marine is North Dakota's premier marine and powersports dealership, and we're looking for a reliable, customer-focused Parts & Accessories Counter Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time position with a stable schedule, a supportive team environment, and real opportunity to grow within an established dealership.
What You'll Do
Most of your day is spent at the parts counter, helping retail customers and our service technicians find the right parts, accessories, and products for their boats and powersports equipment. You'll also be responsible for receiving and processing freight for the parts department. On occasion, you may assist the service department with tasks such as taking in units at drop-off or cashing out completed repair orders. Merchandising and keeping the accessories floor organized rounds out the role.
What We're Looking For- Experience in parts counter sales, retail sales, or customer service. Automotive, ag, marine, or powersports backgrounds all transfer well.
- Comfortable working with customers in person and over the phone
- Organized and reliable. Our service department counts on the parts team to keep things moving.
- Familiarity with marine or powersports products is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person
- $16.00 - $20.00 per hour (depending on experience), plus commission
