Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to staff, patients, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting relevant details to site leadership and/or emergency personnel.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity, unsecured access points, and/or hazards that may require attention.; Monitor access to restricted and sensitive areas, verify credentials when required, and support visitor and contractor processing in accordance with site protocols.; Assist with routine security-related duties such as monitoring alarms, observing camera activity, supporting after-hours access requests, and/or providing directions and general assistance to people on site.
