Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an industrial location.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual conditions in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, production-adjacent areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.; Monitor entry and exit activity for authorized personnel, visitors, and/or deliveries, following post instructions and verifying credentials in accordance with site policies.; Support security-related operations by communicating clearly with team members, following facility rules, and completing required logs, reports, and incident documentation accurately and on time.
