Position Summary:
Performs daily Airport safety and security inspections and general field maintenance activities to support the safe and efficient operation of the Prescott Regional Airport. In addition to the normal duties performed by the Airport Operations Technician classification, this position performs additional administrative support functions as assigned.

Qualifications:
Education and/or Experience:
High School diploma is required. Knowledge and skill in an aviation environment; at least five (5) years of airfield operations experience preferably commercial service experience; or any equivalent combination of education, experience and training which provides the knowledge and abilities necessary to perform the essential functions of the position.
Licensing, Certification, and Other Requirements:
Possess a valid Class B Arizona Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or possess a valid Arizona driver's license and have the ability to obtain a CDL within one (1) year of hire); pass a TSA-mandated 10-year security background investigation, pre-employment drug test, fingerprint background check, and driver record check; possess (or have the ability to obtain within 90 days of hire) the Airport Security Coordinator (ASC) certification; and hold an AAAE ACE Operations Designation or ACE Security Designation.
