    Fire Support Subject Matter Expert (ABCT)

    Location: Fort Sill, OK
    Clearance: Active Secret Clearance Required

    Position Overview

    Summit Technologies is seeking an experienced Fire Support Subject Matter Expert to support Armored Brigade Combat Team (ABCT) modernization efforts. The SME will provide operational expertise supporting current and future fire support platforms, sensors, and targeting systems.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Support development and modernization of ABCT fire support systems.
    • Participate in testing, evaluations, and fielding activities.
    • Develop capability requirements and modernization recommendations.
    • Review system designs and provide operational assessments.
    • Support doctrine development and TTP updates.
    • Coordinate with Army acquisition organizations and stakeholders.
    • Track force structure impacts and modernization initiatives.
    • Develop reports, briefings, and lessons learned documentation.
    • Support integration of future fire support technologies.
    Required Qualifications

    • Active Secret security clearance.
    • Minimum 12 years of Field Artillery Fire Support experience.
    • Knowledge of ABCT fire support platforms and systems.
    • Experience with Army capability development processes.
    • Strong communication and briefing skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
