    Intelligence Analyst II

    SNA International, a world leader in forensics, biometrics, and identity intelligence, is currently looking for a bright, collaborative Intelligence Analyst II with a strong work ethic to join the team. SNA International's team works together in pursuit of the same cause: to build a safe and just world by empowering organizations in the use of forensics, biometrics, and identity intelligence.

    Critical Work Responsibilities Include:

    • Apply and train junior personnel in both qualitative and quantitative analytical techniques to aggregate, assess, and analyze threats, intelligence reporting, personal identifiers, and biometric data, and draw logical fact-based recommendations and conclusions in accordance with TSC Standard Operating Procedures and Guidelines.
    • Demonstrate knowledge and applications of management principles and administrative processes, including communication channels, record-keeping, correspondence routing, and organizational structure.
    • Possess strong oral and written communication skills to effectively present findings, ask probing questions, and collaborate with staff to gather mission-critical information and train more junior Intelligence Analysts in the same.
    • Extract, analyze, and synthesize intelligence data from multiple complex sources to support threat analysis, screening, and support for TSC Unit Operations, train more junior staff in related best practices.
    • Consistently apply complex guidance and standard procedures, and perform additional assigned duties as needed including training and quality assurance of more junior staff.

    Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

    • Must have an active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph.
    • At least 3 years of relevant experience in a related field and/or position.
    • Bachelor's Degree in related field (or Associate's Degree 5 years of relevant experience, or 7 years of relevant experience).
