Swissport operates 50+ airport lounges across the world under the brand name of "Aspire Lounges". Our lounges are not quite cafés or restaurants but offer a haven for guests looking for a comfortable seat, complimentary food and drinks, great WiFi and above all a fantastic experience before their flight, no matter the reason for the journey. The expected pay rate is $18.25/hr.

Your activities include greeting, engaging with and registering customers at reception; replenishing our deli counter with food and drinks; topping up our drinks stations and maintaining stock levels; serving beer, wine and other beverages from our fully tendered bar; bussing tables, sanitizing, dish washing & maintaining high levels of cleanliness at all times; assisting with deliveries and stock rotation; regularly stocking and cleaning restroom facilities, every hour; sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors as needed. Above all, deliver exceptional customer service with every guest interaction. Other duties as assigned.

Must work on weekends. Your profile: Lounge agents must be 21 years of age or older; high school diploma or equivalent; reliable transportation to and from the airport; able to lift 50 lbs without assistance; physically able to be on your feet during an entire shift (8 hrs); walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, and crouching; positive attitude and willingness to get along with co-workers; ability to pass a 10 yr. federal background check; professional personality and strong customer service knowledge.
