Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Conduct regular and random patrols throughout operational areas, buildings, and/or the perimeter to help identify unusual activity, hazards, or unauthorized access; Monitor entry and exit points, check credentials as required, and document visitor, contractor, and/or vehicle activity in accordance with site guidelines; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations through appropriate communication channels; Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and security-related policies; Support emergency response activities when appropriate, including following post orders, assisting with evacuations, and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders
