Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a healthcare location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations and activities according to site protocols; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity, unsecured areas, and/or potential hazards; Monitor entrances, exits, and public areas to help control access, assist with visitor direction, and support a professional environment for patients and staff; Assist with de-escalation support, emergency department standby needs, and/or other healthcare-related security-related duties as directed by site procedures
