Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating relevant details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions; Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help to control access, assist with visitor direction, and/or support orderly movement throughout the location; Support healthcare staff during routine and unexpected situations by providing a visible presence, reporting security-related concerns, and following post orders and emergency protocols
