    Training Support Subject Matter Expert (location negotiable)

    ProSidian Consulting seeks a Training Support Subject Matter Expert to support and participate in a project supporting government agency focusing on Financial Crimes. The Training Support Subject Matter Expert plays an integralrole by effectively participating in day to day operations and by offering quality service and excellence in the administration provided for the government agency focusing on Financial Crimes.

    The duties of this position include performing a broad range of advance skills and expertise in theFederal sector: responsibilities may include but are not limited to: addressing management concerns in accordance with agency policies. Assisting in scheduling and coordinating meetings, interviews, events and other similar activities, as needed, in support of the training process and performing and tracking day-to-day training matters.

    This Office (government agency focusing on Financial Crimes) is responsible for the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to the Financial Services Management of the Department. The Financial Services Management (FSM) is responsible for providing leadership, guidance and expertise in all areas related to management of the Department's Financial Services, including analyzing information about financial transactions in order to combat domestic and international money laundering, terrorist financing, and other financial crimes.

    Job duties are as follows:

    • Meeting with management and staff, and performing additional research and information gathering, to establish training requirements and specifications.
    • Drafting for review, editing, and finalizing training materials, including standard operating procedures, reports, checklists, manuals, and templates.
    • Ensuring training materials and documentation is easy to understand for its intended audience.
    • Writing clear and concise drafts to submit for feedback.
    • Managing updates (version control) as necessary.
    • Preparing charts, graphs, or forms to go along with training documentation.
    • Addressing management concerns in accordance with FinCEN policies.
    • Assisting in scheduling and coordinating meetings, interviews, events and other similar activities, as needed, in support of the training process. Examples: requirements gathering, edit and review sessions, etc.
    • Performing and tracking day-to-day training matters.
    • Conduct desk audits on current positions upon request to determine appropriateness of job title, series, and grade.
    • Conduct job analysis to determine key skills needed.
    • Provide reviews, edits, and consultative support.
    • Perform other related job duties as requested.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Curriculum Design and Implementation
    • Minimum of Seven (7) years' experience in Curriculum Design and Implementation
    • Understanding and familiarity with industry best practices
    • Ability to manage multiple projects, balancing priorities and demands from the client
    • Ability to define programs, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
    • Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities
    • Excellent oral and written presentation and communication skills
    • Strong analytical and research skills
    • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
