Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a transportation location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed; Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout terminals, public areas, operational spaces, parking locations, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity; Monitor access points and observe the location for suspicious behavior, unattended property, and/or policy violations, then document and report activity according to site protocols; Support orderly movement of visitors, passengers, and/or staff by giving directions, answering questions, and reporting hazards, maintenance concerns, and/or unusual conditions to the appropriate personnel
