Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, retail location policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities for an armed post.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professional conduct with customers, visitors, and store personnel.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the store, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.; Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas, document security-related incidents, and report unusual conditions or policy concerns to site leadership.; Support loss prevention and access control efforts by observing customer and employee activity, assisting with de-escalation, and following post orders for armed coverage.
