Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and the public by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a government location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate personnel as needed; Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify security-related concerns; Monitor access points, verify credentials as directed, and report unusual behavior, suspicious items, and/or policy violations in accordance with site protocols; Support emergency and evacuation procedures, assist with de-escalation when appropriate, and maintain a visible presence while following all post orders and armed post requirements
