Make an impact in the role of United Airlines Cargo Agent to respond promptly to inquiries and resolve basic issues, gain knowledge of company offerings to better serve clients, and adapt to shifting priorities and business needs. Other duties include coordinate tasks to ensure deadlines are met, assist with organizing, stocking, and general upkeep, support the preparation and delivery of goods or services, work collaboratively across teams and departments, provide excellent service to customers and team members, along with manage daily responsibilities with a focus on quality and efficiency, maintain accurate records and documentation, follow safety procedures and company policies, assist with processing returns and exchanges.
