    The Role

    Are you passionate about client service and ready to join a fast-paced, collaborative, dynamic team? This is a unique, innovative opportunity for skilled communicators who are highly effective in problem solving, technology platforms, and client service.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Coordinate and ensure timely coverage of driver trips
    • Optimize driver trip coverage options across multiple technology and dispatch platforms
    • Monitor trip accuracy and provide support where needed
    • Escalate issues to field operations or clients when appropriate
    • Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in our internal systems
    • Communicate professionally with field management and other team members
    • 100% onsite working environment at our Lenexa, KS command center (this role is not a remote work environment role)
    Qualifications
    • 2-4+ years experience in dynamic, fast-paced operations center or call center environments
    • Excellent reliability and onsite attendance
    • Strong client service and phone communication skills
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Demonstrated professionalism and business maturity in an office environment
    • Solid Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) proficiency
    • Asserts ownership for projects and assigned activities, meets deadlines
