    Prescient Edge is seeking a SME- Geospatial Analyst to support a Federal Government client. Please note that the availability of this position is contingent upon contract award.BenefitsA competitive salary with performance bonus opportunities.Comprehensive healthcare benefits, including medical, vision, dental, and orthodontia coverage.A substantial retirement plan with no vesting schedule.Career development opportunities, including on-the-job training, tuition reimbursement, and networking.A positive work environment where employees are respected, supported, and engaged.Qualifications & ResponsibilitiesCollege degree must be in Geospatial Information & Services (GIS), Geomatics, Geospatial Sciences, or related field.Relevant experience must be in geospatial analysis and/or geospatial information systems.Current/active TS/SCI security clearance with Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI).Expert knowledge of industry standard location analysis desktop and server applications such as Esri ArcGIS Platform, QGIS, MapBox, GeoServer, etc.Experience using and managing spatial relational databases including Oracle, MSSQL, or PostGreSQL/PostGIS.Extensive experience with geographically derived assessments, enterprise data integration, spatial data governance, metadata management and interpretation of business and performance metrics.Expert ability to present geospatial information via multimedia presentations and written reports.Demonstrated experience using geospatial Python, R, SAS, Java or other coding languages to deliver custom geoprocessing and analytical workflows.Experience in coordination and collaboration with industry counterparts on technical projects, software and service assessment, and other related subject material.Desired ExperiencesExperience with Intelligence Community (IC) and DoD geospatial data and repositories.Experience working within common project management frameworks.Demonstrated knowledge and experience in cartography, GIS, spatial modeling.Demonstrated experience using Python, R, SAS, Java or other coding languages to deliver custom solutions.Familiarity with Army, DoD, or IC geospatial processes, policy, and programs.Private sector (e.g., GISP, Esri Professional, etc.) or government (e.g., GPC series) professional GIS certification.Knowledge of Microsoft office tools and graphic design principles.Familiarity with DoD/NSG Structured Observation Management (SOM) and object-based production.EducationMA or MS in a technical field such as Geomatics, Geospatial Sciences, or related degree AND 10 years of relevant experience.BA/BS degree in a technical field such as Geomatics, Geospatial Sciences, or related degree AND 15 years of relevant experience.Security ClearanceActive TS/SCI and the ability to obtain a CI Poly if needed.LocationFort Gordon, GA.Prescient Edge is a Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB) founded as a counterintelligence (CI) and Human Intelligence (HUMINT) company in 2008.
