Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including notifying the proper contacts and documenting observations; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify potential concerns; Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with location protocols, offering directions and support to staff, patients, and guests as needed; Complete routine reports and communicate relevant updates regarding incidents, maintenance concerns, and/or policy-related issues to site leadership and Allied Universal management
