Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within a retail mall environment.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, and help to document relevant details for follow-up.; Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout common areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to identify unusual activity and report concerns.; Monitor access points and high-traffic areas, offer directions and assistance to the public, and help to support an orderly environment during business hours and special events.; Observe for maintenance, lighting, housekeeping, and/or policy-related issues across the location and communicate findings to appropriate personnel.
