Coordinate with management to schedule classes and manage enrollment.
Stay informed about industry trends and legislative changes affecting security training.

Assist in the recruitment and mentoring of new instructors.
Requirements:
Valid NYS Security Guard Instructor license or equivalent certification.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in security or law enforcement.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage students.
Proficient in using training technology and teaching aids.
Ability to assess and adapt training methods to meet diverse learner needs.
Organizational skills to manage multiple classes and student records.
