    This is a part-time role located in the Bay Area - San Francisco, Palo Alto, Mountain View, Menlo Park, Oakland, Berkeley, and surrounding areas.

    Your mission as an executive protection agent will be to ensure the safety of personnel, property, and proprietary information. Your responsibilities include:

    • Executive Protection & Presence: Provide a visible, reassuring security presence for executives and staff, while delivering exceptional customer service.
    • Threat Response: Act as a first responder to security threats, including active shooter scenarios, within the client's office suite.
    • Security Systems Oversight: Monitor and inspect physical security infrastructure; locks, cameras, access control systems to ensure operational integrity.
    • Incident Reporting: Produce detailed, timely reports on security incidents and maintain clear communication with GSPS leadership.
    • Advance & Support Operations: Assist protective agents in field operations, including advanced walkthroughs, secure transportation, and body coverage.
    • Protocol Enforcement: Enforce company policies regarding access, photography, and sensitive areas with professionalism and authority.
    • Emergency Protocol Execution: Follow GSPS protocols during emergencies, prioritizing the safety of executives, staff, and guests.
    • Area Sweeps & Surveillance: Conduct regular security sweeps and live monitoring of surveillance systems.
    • Team Integration: Collaborate with visiting security teams and facilities management to ensure seamless protective operations.

    What you bring includes:

    • Experience: Executive protection, emergency response teams (ERT), protective security detail (PSD), or residential security teams (RST)

    Certifications & credentials:

    • Valid Guard Card, Firearm Permit & CCW/LEOSA/HR 218
    • U.S. Passport & Driver's License
    • High School Diploma or GED
    • American Heart Association BLS Provider OR HeartSaver CPR/AED/First Aid Certification
    • Completion of Executive Protection or Residential Security Academy
    • Ability to complete and pass a pre-hire Physical Readiness Test (PRT)
    • Meet-and-Greet evaluation (dependent on client/location)
    • Background Investigation & Random Drug Screening

    • Physical readiness and mental resilience
    • Discretion, integrity, and professionalism

    Preferred qualifications:

    • Prior military, law enforcement, or ERT experience

    • LEOSA/HR 218 or multi-state CCW permit
    • EMT license strongly considered, but not required
    • Familiarity with corporate and/or residential security technologies, tools, and processes
