    As a Lead Security Guard, you will help oversee facility security, surveillance operations, incident response, transportation oversight, and team support while working closely with leadership and operational teams.

    This position requires flexibility to work shifts during all hours of operation, with particular emphasis on nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Patrol and secure company facilities and access points
    • Monitor surveillance systems and investigate irregular activity
    • Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergency situations
    • Complete detailed incident reporting and documentation
    • Assist with secure transportation and compliance procedures
    • Collaborate with leadership, Human Resources, and local authorities when necessary
    • Train and mentor Security Officers on best practices and procedures
    • Help maintain a professional, respectful, and team-oriented environment

    Qualifications:
    • Strong computer and surveillance system skills
    • 5+ years of Law Enforcement and/or Public Safety experience preferred
    • Associate degree in Criminal Justice or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
    • Valid driver's license required
    • Ability to pass a comprehensive background check under cannabis regulations
    • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to remain calm and decisive in high-pressure situations
    • Flexibility to support operational and scheduling needs as required
