    Contractor Program Security OfficerManage the industrial security program and security activities at a customer accredited facility, ensuring compliance with the intelligence community (IC), DoD government, and company security policies, requirements, and procedures, and maintaining the overall accreditation posture.ResponsibilitiesReview and investigate non‑compliance issues.Provide security advice, guidance, and recommendations to all levels of staff.Manage program and administrative activities regarding security clearances for the organization's employees and advise management and personnel on issues.Assist with ad hoc proposal security volume reviews.Coordinate security support for compartmented or special access programs, as required.Qualifications5+ years of experience applying tailored, responsive, multi‐disciplined security support (personnel, physical, technical, operational, and information security) aimed at protecting corporate and client personnel, information, facilities, programs, and capabilities.Experience with SCI administration.Knowledge of personnel and physical security policies and regulations, including ICD 705 and Security Executive Agent Directives.HS diploma or GED.Preferred QualificationsExperience as a Contractor Special Security Officer.Knowledge of contract and acquisition security practices.Ability to analyze complex problems, develop and articulate focused solutions, and take independent action in an ambiguous work environment.Ability to provide constructive, tactful, and discrete security advice and guidance to personnel across all levels.Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills.TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.Bachelor's degree.ClearanceApplicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.CompensationThe projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). Salary is determined by various factors, including location, education, skills, experience, contract‑specific affordability, and organizational requirements.Work ModelRemote : If this position is listed as remote, there may still be occasions when you are required to work in person at a Booz Allen or customer facility.Hybrid : If this position is listed as hybrid, you will be expected to work from a Booz Allen facility frequently, in alignment with leadership expectations and the needs of the role.
