Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Monitor entry and exit points at a residential location, verify access permissions, and document visitor, vendor, and/or delivery activity in accordance with site-specific requirements; Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters to site leadership and/or local emergency services when appropriate; Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, observing for unusual activity, property-related concerns, and/or conditions that may require follow-up; Communicate clearly with residents, guests, management, and/or Allied Universal leadership regarding access control activity, incidents, and security-related concerns
