    KC Boat Doctor is seeking a skilled and motivated Marine Technician to join our team. Experience levels may vary, and candidates with a strong mechanical aptitude are encouraged to apply.
    Key Responsibilities
    Diagnose, service, and repair marine engines and propulsion systems
    Perform electrical and mechanical repairs on boats and marine equipment
    Conduct maintenance, troubleshooting, and system diagnostics
    Assist with new boat rigging and warranty work
    Support operations in a full-service marine repair facility
    Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition
    Requirements
    Minimum 1 year of mechanical experience
    Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems
    Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    Reliable, motivated, and willing to learn new skills
    Preferred Qualifications
    Marine technician or boat repair experience (preferred but not required)
    Familiarity with marine engines, electrical systems, and propulsion systems
