We are looking for a Priority Responder to join our team and be the first point of contact for clients affected by water and fire damage./ppSummary: As a Priority Responder, you will be responsible for monitoring emergency alerts from fire departments, arriving at damaged properties quickly, and offering our restoration services to property owners in need. You will serve as the face of our company, building relationships with clients, emergency personnel, and insurance professionals while ensuring quick and effective response to fire-related emergencies./ppResponsibilities:/pulliMonitor emergency dispatch channels, fire reports, and news alerts to identify fire/water damaged properties./liliArrive promptly at fire/water damaged sites to assess the situation and establish contact with property owners./liliProvide compassionate and professional assistance to home and business owners in distress./liliEducate potential clients about our water/fire damage restoration services and how we can assist their recovery./liliBuild and maintain relationships with fire departments, insurance adjusters, and other emergency response personnel./liliSecure signed service agreements and coordinate immediate emergency services if needed./liliCollaborate with our restoration team to ensure a seamless transition from emergency response to restoration./liliAttend networking events and community meetings to promote our company and services./li/ulpRequirements:/pulliExperience in sales, customer service, emergency response, or a related field (mitigation/restoration experience is a plus)./liliAbility to communicate professionally and empathetically with distressed property owners./liliStrong knowledge of water and fire restoration services or willingness to learn quickly./liliAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings, nights, and weekends, as fires occur unpredictably./liliValid U.S. Drivers license and reliable transportation./liliAbility to work independently and make quick decisions while under pressure./liliBasic understanding of insurance claims and understanding how fire losses are assessed./li/ulpAt SERVPRO, you can make a positive difference in peoples lives each and every day!
