Position overview The Federal Account Lead serves as the responsible leader for building an account of projects within JSI's U.S. Federal team. Acting as the critical bridge between JSI's strategic vision and project-level execution, this role is expected to build and execute a new market entry strategy to expand JSI's impact at the Federal level, working with the Business Development team. The Federal Account Lead owns the end-to-end success of new contracts to ensure high-quality delivery, sustained client satisfaction, and organic growth. The Account Lead is responsible for the financial performance of their assigned account, including annual budgets, contract establishment and growth, and successful recompetes. By identifying opportunities for new contracts and eventual task orders and costed extensions to expand JSI's footprint, the Account Lead ensures that all projects meet financial and delivery targets. The Account Lead collaborates closely with Business Development (BD), Project Directors/Technical Leads and other Divisions and Central Service teams. This role reports directly to the Vice President, Federal, and may supervise a team.
