Blueline Security Services is seeking dedicated, professional, and licensed (or have the ability to be licensed) Security Officers/ Guards in DC Maryland and Virginia. These positions cover a wide range of posts and duties to include; property protection, theft deterrence, observing/ reporting in apartment complexes, retail stores, mailing facilities, and many more.

We are looking for flex-officers, who are able to pick up shifts as needed.

• Location: Various locations around the DC Metropolitan area, DC, MD, and VA.
• Pay Rate: between $18-$20.50+ depending on site, with $25+ dollar bonuses for same-day shift pickups.
• Shifts: Mornings, Afternoons, Evenings, and Overnights as needed.
• Days: Open Availability Preferred, Weekend Availability required.
• We will sponsor for any required licensing.

Observe and report to deter unwanted behavior.

Make and keep detailed notes of events throughout the shift.

Contact Emergency Services in an emergency situation.

Address client staff's security needs.

Work alongside a dispatch center and execute dispatch orders.

You must have a high school diploma or equivalent, or at least 5 years of verifiable work experience.

You must be at least 18 years of age (21 for armed positions).

All applicants must be willing to undergo a background investigation and drug screen in accordance with all applicable laws.

A valid driver's license may be required for positions that involve operating a company or customer-owned vehicle.
