Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access guidance, and security-related protocols within a healthcare location; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations through appropriate channels; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify concerns and support a professional presence; Monitor entrances, common areas, and restricted spaces to help to deter unauthorized access, assist with visitor direction, and/or support emergency response activities when appropriate; Document daily activities, incidents, and/or policy-related concerns, and communicate relevant information with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership
