Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while following post orders and reporting protocols; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify unusual conditions; Monitor access points, observe visitor and staff activity, and report security-related concerns, hazards, and/or policy violations to the appropriate personnel; Support a professional environment by assisting patients, visitors, and staff with directions, information, and/or security-related concerns as needed
