    Executive And Mission Support Lead

    Location: McLean, VA Clearance: TS/SCI w/ Poly

    Position Overview: At JMark, effective task leadership ensures mission success. We are seeking Task 2 Leads across multiple discipline levels to provide oversight of administrative and operational functions, manage staff activities, and align daily operations with strategic objectives. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to guide personnel while ensuring mission and customer priorities are met.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Direct the activities of Task 2 staff to ensure effective and efficient operations.
    • Provide overall task management, aligning work activities with organizational and mission objectives.
    • Serve as the primary point of accountability for Task 2 performance and deliverables.
    • Apply insight into administrative and operational functions to streamline workflows.
    • Ensure staff compliance with organizational standards, policies, and procedures.
    • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and workforce effectiveness.
    • Coordinate with leadership to ensure Task 2 operations support broader strategic goals.
    • Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates, address challenges, and certify alignment with priorities.

    • Leadership-Oriented & Strategic Guides staff effectively while aligning operations with mission goals.
    • Process-Focused & Detail-Oriented Ensures efficient, accurate execution of administrative and operational functions.
    • Collaborative & Mission-Driven Works closely with stakeholders to achieve strategic outcomes.
    • Proactive & Accountable Anticipates challenges and ensures timely delivery of results.

    Qualifications Required

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
    • 015+ years of experience in task management, administrative operations, or program leadership (multi-discipline levels available).
    • Proven ability to manage staff, oversee deliverables, and align operations with strategic objectives.
    • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

    Preferred

    • Experience supporting ODNI, IC, or DoD operations.
    • Familiarity with federal task order management practices.
    • Certifications in project or program management (e.g., PMP, CAPM).
