    Salary Range $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 Salary

    Description

    SCCI is seeking a Training Specialist to join our team! In this position you will provide instructor-led training, curriculum development, and subject matter expertise for a Tactical Tomahawk training program. This position is available at SCSTC San Diego, CA.

    SCCI offers a comprehensive and competitive benefits package including Health, Dental, Vision, Life and Disability benefits, 401k with Company Match, time off consisting of 2 weeks of paid vacation, 48 hours of sick/personal leave, and 11 paid Holidays.

    Responsibilities
    • Conduct Tactical Tomahawk Operations and Maintenance training
    • Provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) services to documentation and courseware developers
    • Develop curricula for Tomahawk Fire Control men and Officers
    • Provide Tomahawk support community and training centers with technical advice on system operation and maintenance
    • Assist training centers with configuring and maintaining Tomahawk training laboratories and classrooms
    Qualifications

    Essential Skills and Experience :

    • Must be a U.S. Citizen and have an active Secret Security Clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain an active Top Secret Clearance
    • High School diploma or GED
    • Five (5)+ years of experience directly related to operating and maintaining major weapons systems, TTWCS and TMPC preferred
    • TTWCS NEC V20A / V24C
    • Ability to collect and analyze source data for the purpose of developing curricula and course materials
    • Must have strong writing and verbal communication skills in order to successfully contribute in a team environment
