As an HVAC Dispatcher, you will coordinate daily scheduling and dispatch operations for residential HVAC service technicians. Responsibilities include:Dispatch HVAC service technicians efficiently to meet customer appointment times. Manage incoming service requests and schedule heating and air conditioning service calls. Coordinate technician routing and job assignments to maximize efficiency. Monitor call flow through the HVAC service platform and dispatch system. Communicate with technicians and customers to provide updates on HVAC service appointments. Support field teams throughout the day by adjusting schedules and resolving routing issues.
