The Flight Scheduling team is a critical component of the 24/7 Transplant Logistics Command Center in Andover, MA. This team ensures that TransMedics' aircraft are optimally scheduled to support life-saving missions across the country, balancing operational efficiency with regulatory compliance and safety.
Flight Schedulers leverage a deep understanding of aviation operations, Part 91/135 regulations, and logistical planning to execute complex missions under time-sensitive conditions. Responsibilities include end-to-end scheduling of aircraft, flight coordination, and proactive management of any operational challenges to minimize delays and ensure mission readiness.
This is a fast-paced, highly dynamic role that requires attention to detail, flexibility, strong teamwork, a proactive approach, and sharp analytical thinking. Flight Schedulers typically work approximately 15 twelve-hour shifts per month on a rotating schedule: 4 days on, 3 days off, followed by 3 days on, 4 days off — including nights, weekends, and holidays.

The expected base salary range for this role is $100,900-$125,900 which represents the company's current good-faith estimate of compensation for this position. Actual salary will depend on factors such as, but not limited to, candidate experience, qualifications, skills, and the specific work location.
