    Code Enforcement Specialist

    A Code Enforcement Specialist plays an active role in achieving long-term customer satisfaction in the context of community association relationships. Specific responsibilities will vary with designated communities and may include, but are not limited to: Inspecting properties for maintenance, landscaping, safety, and compliance issues and accurately recording findings.

    Seasonal, part time: 20 hours a week, between the hours of 9am-4pm, M-F. April - Aug. Flexible schedule.

    Duties include but are not limited to:

    • Walk/drive community to conduct a list of code and HOA regulation inspections.
    • Take pictures, notes, and document findings,
    • Submit reports to the GM and Board of Directors.
    • Notify responsible parties of code issues given in writing, by phone, in person and electronically.
    • Respond to and investigate allegations of violations of codes to determine validity of complaints and the appropriate course of action to mitigate issues.
    • Investigate and enforce property codes within boundaries.
    • Schedule and perform systematic property maintenance inspections to maintain or achieve minimum property standards.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Requirements:

    • High School Diploma or GED Required.
    • 1+ year of administrative and customer service experience.
    • Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).
    • Attention to detail, accuracy in data entry and reporting.
    • Service driven and team oriented.
    • Valid driver's licenses is required.
