The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, Department of Internal Medicine, Division of Digestive and Liver, is seeking a Division Chief. This position plays a key leadership role at UT Southwestern, and Parkland Health & Hospital System. The Division Chief is responsible for expanding clinical practice, faculty recruitment & development and strategic leadership. Applicant will provide leadership to a busy Digestive and Liver clinical practice. Appointment would be at the Associate Professor level or above. UT Southwestern ranks among the top academic medical centers in the world. Our distinguished faculty includes active Nobel Prize winners. Nearly 4,200 medical, graduate and allied health students, residents and postdoctoral fellows are trained each year. Our physicians provide care to patients at UT Southwestern University Hospitals and Clinics as well as three other affiliated hospitals. Applicants must be board certified in Internal Medicine and be eligible for Texas medical licensure.
