    Senior Client Executive

    We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh as a Senior Client Executive for our Los Angeles, CA office. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for growing satisfied client relationships, managing a profitable book of business and acquiring new clients.

    We will count on you to:

    • Maintain and expand an existing book of complex and priority accounts across various industries or specialties.
    • Identify clients' and prospects' risks needs and recommend the most effective services, products, and solutions that align with their objectives.
    • Direct and implement sales and marketing strategies for managed accounts and growth areas by leveraging market insights and internal product knowledge.
    • Lead the Marsh client service team by setting its goals, monitoring its progress, assuring service meets or exceeds client expectations.
    • Provide technical advice and informed recommendations based on comprehensive account reviews and collaboration with internal specialists.
    • Preserve strong relationships with senior-level client counterparts, address escalated issues, and represent Marsh at industry events and conferences.

    • Active P&C license
    • Proven experience managing and growing complex commercial clients.
    • Strong understanding of market trends, client needs, and product/service offerings.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Office-based teams will identify at least one "anchor day" per week on which their full team will be together in person. The applicable base salary range for this role is $154,200 to $328,400.

    The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives. We are excited to offer a competitive total rewards package which includes health and welfare benefits, tuition assistance, 401K savings and other retirement programs as well as employee assistance programs.
