    Title TDNA/TAR (Hawaii) Location Hawaii Description Position: Technical Digital Network Analyst / Targeting Analyst Representative (TDNA/TAR) Location: Hawaii Clearance: TS/SCI with CI Polygraph Schedule: Monday-Friday (supporting operational requirements as needed) Role Overview The TDNA/TAR supports cyber and intelligence operations through technical network analysis, target development, and operational coordination. This role combines Technical Digital Network Analysis (TDNA) with Targeting Analyst Representative (TAR) responsibilities to identify, develop, validate, and assess targets in support of mission objectives. The analyst serves as a key link between intelligence production and operational execution, ensuring technical findings are translated into actionable targeting opportunities. What You'll Do * Conduct technical analysis of digital networks, communications infrastructure, and target environments * Develop, maintain, and assess target packages in support of operational requirements * Identify and characterize network infrastructure, systems, and communications pathways * Correlate intelligence and technical data from multiple sources to support target development * Support the full targeting lifecycle, including target nomination, validation, prioritization, and assessment * Provide technical expertise during mission planning and operational execution * Develop intelligence products, operational assessments, and targeting recommendations * Collaborate with analysts, operators, and mission planners to support mission objectives * Track target development efforts and provide updates to leadership and operational stakeholdersRequired Experience * Experience as a Technical Digital Network Analyst (TDNA), Targeting Analyst Representative (TAR), Technical Targeter, DNEA, or similar cyber intelligence role * Experience supporting target development and operational planning activities * Strong understanding of network protocols, internet infrastructure, and communications technologies * Experience analyzing technical data and intelligence reporting to support mission requirements * Experience developing target packages and supporting targeting processes * Ability to translate technical analysis into actionable operational recommendations * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Active TS/SCI with CI PolygraphPreferred Experience * Experience supporting NSA, USCYBERCOM, INDOPACOM, or Intelligence Community missions * Experience with USCYBERCOM or Intelligence Community targeting methodologies and processes * Experience supporting cyber operations, SIGINT, Digital Network Intelligence (DNI), or Digital Network Exploitation (DNE) missions * Familiarity with adversary infrastructure analysis and cyber threat methodologies * Experience using network analysis, visualization, and targeting tools * Knowledge of collection management, mission planning, and operational assessment processes About the Organization About Markesman Group Markesman Group has gathered the nation's foremost experts in Cyber, ISR, Enterprise IT and Intelligence Analysis.
