Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, alarms, and resident concerns in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, and report observations according to site protocols; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential location, including common areas, parking areas, amenities, and perimeter access points, to help identify unusual activity and/or potential issues; Monitor entry points and community rules while maintaining a visible presence that helps to deter unauthorized access, disturbances, and/or property-related concerns; Document daily activities, incidents, and/or maintenance-related observations and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership
