Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and store personnel while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts and/or local responders as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floors, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter access points, to help identify unusual activity and/or policy concerns.; Monitor for unauthorized access, loitering, theft-related activity, and/or other concerning behavior, and report observations according to post orders and Allied Universal guidelines.; Support closing and opening routines, observe high-traffic customer areas, and assist with crowd management and/or directional guidance during busy business periods.
