Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observed conditions, hazards, and/or unusual activity to the appropriate personnel; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify security-related concerns; Assist with access control duties by monitoring entry points, verifying authorization when required, and directing patients, visitors, and staff to the proper areas; Support healthcare operations by helping with de-escalation, maintaining a visible presence in high-traffic areas, and documenting incidents and/or daily activities in accordance with site procedures
