Job Overview

We are seeking a professional and reliable Security Officer to maintain a safe and welcoming environment at a client site in Centralia, WA. This position focuses on visitor assistance, and maintaining a visible security presence while ensuring site policies are followed.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor the building entrance areas
• Greet visitors and assist with access procedures
• Observe and report suspicious activity, hazards, or security concerns
• Maintain a professional security presence at the front desk/lobby
• Conduct interior/exterior patrols as needed
• Respond to incidents or emergencies following site procedures
• Complete clear and accurate incident reports during each shift
• Follow all site post orders, company policies, and security procedures

Requirements

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to remain alert and professional during shift
• Basic report writing and documentation skills
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods

Education Requirements (All)

HS Diploma GED or H.S. Equivalent

Certification Requirements (All)

Washington Security License

This is an As Needed position 1st Shift, 2nd Shift, 3rd Shift, Weekends, On call/As needed/No set schedule/Part-time.

Relocation is not required and travel is not required
