Security Officer - Mobile Patrol

Location: Fort Morgan, CO 80701
Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay: Pays up to $20.50 per hour
Schedule: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Position Overview
Citadel Security USA is seeking a Full-Time Mobile Patrol Officer to provide overnight coverage for multiple construction locations in the Fort Morgan area. This role centers on conducting routine patrols, monitoring property conditions, and helping protect equipment, materials, and restricted areas after business hours.
The position is ideal for someone who remains focused while working independently, follows established patrol procedures, and can maintain awareness during overnight operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled patrol visits at assigned construction properties
• Drive between locations using a company approved or assigned vehicle
• Inspect gates, fencing, equipment areas, and access points during patrol checks
• Watch for unauthorized entries, suspicious activity, property damage, or safety concerns
• Maintain a visible patrol presence throughout assigned locations
• Report incidents, hazards, or operational concerns to supervisors or dispatch
• Complete daily patrol logs and incident documentation accurately
• Follow all client instructions, safety standards, and company procedures
• Use communication devices and reporting systems as required during shifts

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required
• Safe driving history and ability to operate a patrol vehicle overnight
• Dependable attendance and ability to maintain a consistent overnight schedule
• Comfortable working independently across multiple locations
• Basic written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to remain attentive and organized during extended shifts

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in mobile patrol, site security, or similar field based work
• Familiarity with construction environments or industrial properties
• Experience preparing reports or documenting incidents

Work Environment

• Patrol-focused assignment covering multiple construction sites
• Combination of driving responsibilities and outdoor property inspections
• Overnight schedule requiring consistent alertness and situational awareness
• Exposure to changing weather and outdoor conditions during patrol activity
