    Starting salaries from $119,825-$131,807; 35% geo modifier included, not additional.

    5K Lead Pilot

    40K Retention Bonus after 36 Months in the GMR Pilot Retention Bonus Plan

    7/7 Schedule

    Responsibilities

    • Work with a team of medical experts to safely transport customers to and from locations and facilities
    • Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatches as described in the appropriate manuals, including all FAR and Company requirements, and maintain aircraft cleanliness
    • Maintain accurate Company and regulatory documentation and record keeping
    • Effectively communicate and collaborate with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners
    • Provide shift change information to successive pilot and team following protocol for recording Company change board details
    • Maintain required certifications and ongoing training

    Minimum Requirements

    • Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate
    • Helicopter instrument rating
    • Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate
    • 2,000 helicopter flight hours
    • 1,000 helicopter PIC hours
    • 1,000 turbine hours
    • Minimum 100 cumulative hours of instrument flight time
    • Minimum 200 helicopter night hours (aided and/or unaided)

    Aircraft Experience: Previous Airbus EC135/H135 or similar aircraft experience preferred, but not required.

    Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent
