    Responsibilities:

    Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various marine vessels.

    Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and implement effective solutions.

    Assist in the installation of marine systems and components.

    Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with industry standards.

    Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency.

    Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.

    Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to clients.

    Stay updated on the latest marine technologies and best practices.

    Requirements:

    High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certification preferred.

    2+ years of experience in marine maintenance or repair.

    Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing marine engines and systems.

    Strong understanding of electrical and hydraulic systems.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

    Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.

    Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
