Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a hotel and resort environment.; Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, hallways, amenities, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.; Monitor access points, observe guest and visitor activity, and support property rules, directions, and/or assistance requests with professionalism and courtesy.; Complete routine reports and document incidents, disturbances, maintenance concerns, and/or policy-related observations in accordance with site procedures.
