Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and emergency communication activities within a defense-related location; Monitor alarms, cameras, radio traffic, and incoming calls, and dispatch appropriate personnel to reported incidents, service requests, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; Maintain detailed logs, incident records, and shift activity reports, and communicate timely updates to site leadership and/or emergency contacts as needed; Coordinate responses to after-hours issues, facility access requests, and operational concerns while following established post orders and security-related procedures; Support regular and random patrol activities by tracking officer status, relaying information, and helping to deter unauthorized activity through prompt communication and documentation
