Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site leadership; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including production, warehouse, office, and perimeter areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions; Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials when required, and support access control processes for visitors, deliveries, and/or vendors; Complete routine logs, incident reports, and shift communications, and assist with directing people during weather events, medical situations, and/or other site-related disruptions
