An Supervisory Administrative Officer (AO) for Environmental Management Service (EMS) is responsible for the administrative and technical operation of the service. This includes teaching, research, and supervision. The AO exercises staff responsibility for development, maintenance, and administration of management, quality management, risk management, budget, human resource management and other resource allocation studies and reports, and other pertinent programs as assigned by the Chief of EMS.
