Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details and reporting concerns through proper channels; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions; Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to help to control access, observe activity, and support a professional environment for those at the location; Assist with security-related requests and communication during medical emergencies, visitor concerns, and/or operational disruptions in coordination with site contacts and first responders when needed
